Cancellation terms
By paying the deposit, you confirm the booking and enter into a legally binding contract. The event date is then reserved for your event and can no longer be offered to other parties. If the hirer cancels the event, at least this deposit will therefore be retained.
If the hirer withdraws from the contract within 12 weeks before the start of the event, the following cancellation fees apply:
| Time | Cancellation fees |
|---|---|
| 12–8 weeks before the event date | Full hire fee + 30% of the estimated revenue in the quote |
| 7–4 weeks before the event date | Full hire fee + 40% of the estimated revenue in the quote |
| Less than 4 weeks before the event date | Full hire fee + 50% of the estimated revenue in the quote |
| Less than 2 weeks before the event date | Full hire fee + 75% of the estimated revenue in the quote |
| Less than 1 week before the event date | Full hire fee + 85% of the estimated revenue in the quote |
| From 48 hours before the event date | 100% of the total amount |
Requirements
Confetti is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. A cleaning fee of €500 net is payable for any breach.
Guest numbers
The stated number of guests can be reduced no later than 30 days before the event date.
Noise levels
We reserve the right to adjust the volume if it exceeds a certain level. If music is to be played outdoors through a sound system, the system must be hired through our service provider so that its levels can be set in advance.
Damage
The person responsible is liable for damage. If that person cannot be identified, liability rests with the event organiser (= the hirer of the venue).
