Can we create our own theme?
Discuss your theme and desired decoration during planning. Music, table settings and personal contributions can be coordinated with it. Please observe the ban on confetti.
Can we plan a surprise?
Agree surprises such as a speech, photo presentation or musical contribution in advance so the schedule and equipment fit.
How do we plan outdoor music?
Volume levels are agreed with the venue. Under the terms and conditions, outdoor amplified music requires hiring the service provider's sound system, with levels set in advance.
Where can we get a birthday quote?
Choose Private event in the planning tool to build your personalised, non-binding quote with prices including VAT. The venue is always hired as a whole.
How many guests can we plan for?
Richtershorn is designed for events with 50 to 1000 guests. This range refers to the entire venue, not seating in a single hall. Agree seating, distribution across areas and a suitable rain alternative for your guest count and schedule.
What does venue hire cost and which services are additional?
Exclusive hire of the entire venue starts from €4,300. This is a non-binding guide to venue hire, not a total price for your celebration. Catering, drinks, service staff, decoration and equipment are included in the individual quote according to your requirements.
