Richtershorn is suitable for events with 50 to 1,000 guests. You hire the entire venue exclusively and can use rooms and outdoor areas flexibly, from an intimate conservatory dinner (up to 48 seats) to a large celebration across all areas (up to 1,000 guests). Each room has its own capacity.

We offer eight areas: main hall (120 m², up to 96 seats), dance hall (110 m², up to 96 seats), conservatory (80 m², up to 48 seats), wooden terrace with lake views (310 m², 50–300 guests), colourful beer garden (750 m²), event lawn (220 m²), small beach with jetty (120 m², 50–150 guests) and catering area (50 m²). The venue is always hired exclusively as a whole. You decide how to use each area for your event.

Yes. We have spacious indoor areas (dance hall, main hall and conservatory) for bad weather. The wooden terrace has a flexible rain canopy. Outdoor activities can be incorporated into the indoor programme. We always create a weather backup plan during planning.

We generally offer professional catering through our team or partner caterers. A catering buyout (bringing your own catering) is possible for €1,500. We then provide the fully equipped kitchen and facilities. The external caterer must hold the necessary permits.

We offer varied catering options, from basic buffets (from €25 per person) and premium menus (from €45 per person) to gourmet dining (from €75 per person). Roaming canapés, BBQs on the small beach, vegetarian and vegan options and special dietary requirements are also available. Drinks packages can be put together individually.

Yes, we have our own guest parking directly at the venue, with enough spaces for events of up to 300 people. The venue is on the Langer See in Berlin-Treptow-Köpenick and is easy to reach by car and public transport. A shuttle service can be arranged on request.

Yes, we offer comprehensive event services: professional event equipment (sound, lighting and projectors from €300), DJs and live entertainment (from €400), event decoration (from €250), photography and photo booth (from €350), cocktail bar (from €500) and outdoor activities. Services can be booked individually or as a package.

Yes, the small beach has a boat landing on the newly renovated wooden jetty. It can be used for spectacular arrivals, such as the wedding couple arriving by boat, or for water sports during team-building events. The jetty is also ideal for wedding photos and symbolic ceremonies.

For weddings, we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, particularly for popular dates (May–September and Saturdays). Company celebrations and birthdays can often be booked at shorter notice (3–6 months). We are happy to check your preferred date and can often find solutions for last-minute enquiries too.

Yes, of course! We recommend an in-person viewing for everyone interested. Simply arrange an appointment by phone (+49 30 123 456 78) or email (kontakt@richtershorn.de). During the visit, we show you all the rooms, discuss your wishes and prepare an initial non-binding quote.

There are numerous hotels and guesthouses in Berlin-Treptow-Köpenick and the surrounding area. We are happy to recommend options and help reserve room allocations for your guests. For larger groups, we can also arrange a shuttle between the hotel and venue on request.

We are very flexible about decoration. Flower arrangements, candles in glass holders, balloons, garlands, banners and table decorations are allowed. Unprotected flames, confetti or glitter that cannot be completely removed, and fixings that damage walls or ceilings are not allowed. We are happy to advise on decoration options.

Yes, children are very welcome! On request, we can offer children's menus, provide high chairs and help organise childcare or entertainment. The small beach and lawn are particularly suitable for children. Please note that parents must supervise their children.

If the event is cancelled, at least the deposit is retained. From 12 weeks before the event, tiered cancellation fees apply under our terms and conditions. Full deadlines and calculation details can be found there.

Most of our areas are at ground level and easy to access. The main hall, conservatory and terrace are fully accessible. The dance hall has a small step but is accessible via a ramp. We are happy to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Please contact us so we can find the best solution.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for all guests. A stable high-speed connection is available for business events and conferences. Wi-Fi is available in all indoor rooms and on the terrace.
