Can we include speeches and awards?
Yes. Agree the length and order of contributions, microphones and presentation equipment in advance. The stage in the dance hall can be included in the programme.
Can the design reflect our company?
Company-themed decoration and presentations are available. Discuss colours, motifs and required materials during planning.
How do we plan dinner for a large group?
The main hall and dance hall each have a maximum of 96 seats, and the conservatory has up to 48. Agree the distribution and seating across the areas for your entire group.
How do we start our anniversary quote?
Choose Corporate event in the planning tool. Prices exclude VAT. Your personal access arrives by email; the quote you create is non-binding.
How many guests can we plan for?
Richtershorn is designed for events with 50 to 1000 guests. This range refers to the entire venue, not seating in a single hall. Agree seating, distribution across areas and a suitable rain alternative for your guest count and schedule.
What does venue hire cost and which services are additional?
Exclusive hire of the entire venue starts from €4,300. This is a non-binding guide to venue hire, not a total price for your celebration. Catering, drinks, service staff, decoration and equipment are included in the individual quote according to your requirements.
