This page describes options for your own exclusively organised event. It is not an announcement of a public party or a ticket offer. You agree the date and scope individually.
Can we bring our own Halloween decorations?
Agree decorations and props with the venue in advance. Paths and exits must remain clear. The ban on confetti applies both indoors and outdoors.
Is this format suitable for families too?
Plan timings, music, costumes and activities to suit your guests' ages. Let us know during planning whether children will attend and what kind of celebration you have in mind.
Which option should we choose in the planning tool?

How many guests can we plan for?
Richtershorn is designed for events with 50 to 1000 guests. This range refers to the entire venue, not seating in a single hall. Agree seating, distribution across areas and a suitable rain alternative for your guest count and schedule.
What does venue hire cost and which services are additional?
Exclusive hire of the entire venue starts from €4,300. This is a non-binding guide to venue hire, not a total price for your celebration. Catering, drinks, service staff, decoration and equipment are included in the individual quote according to your requirements.
